Shipping:

USA: There is a flat rate of $12 for all Domestic orders. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (average receipt time is 2-3 business days). 

International: There is a flat rate of $55 for all intl. orders. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

International Orders Please Note: We will do our best to work through customs issues but we (Beastmode Industries - BMI) can not be held financially responsible for Customs Seizures. All items and orders are "Import at your own risk".

Sales Taxes: 
We charge California residents 8.75% sales tax.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at beastmodemods@gmail.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then forward it to the correct address. If the package does not get returned, we (Beastmode Industries - BMI) can not be held financially responsible for customer errors.

Refunds/Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Warranty:
We are all Gentleman and Ladies here. Be fair to us and we will be fair to you. We stand behind the quality of all our products and offer a limited 6 month warranty against defects. If you purchased your device from somewhere other than through us (Beastmode Industries - BMI) you must have a copy of the original invoice/receipt from where you purchased your device for the warranty to be valid. The warranty will be null and void if there are any signs that the item has been physically damaged, dropped or abused in any way. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim. If you are approved, then your item will be repaired and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for any shipping charges you may have incurred.
